THOUGHTS AT 84 I feel battered and beaten, Tattered and torn. Testest and tried since I was born. Yet, within me there is a core That gave me strength while I bore the cares and burdens in the days of yore. It would not have been possible Had I not known that the Lord, our Savior, is on His throne, Giving me strength to greet each day, Knowing He is with me all the way. During the trials of life, we often forget Tha a loving God is with us yet. |
